Workplaces constantly face challenges, RJ8 Supervision takes place one a quarter and is the place for employees, managers and owners to come together and discuss what they face with a mental health professional. We help your cohort of staff create a mental health community within the organisation, help them overcome challenges and arrange proactive events and strategies to bring a workforce together.
