RJ8 has partnered with Craggs Energy group to look after your mental health.

You are now entitled to 8 sessions of counselling therapy, per problem, per year.

​

If you have a relationship breakdown, that is one bank of 8 sessions, if you have a work-related issue that is another bank of 8. Other areas we can help with are employment counselling, family issues, supporting others, financial problems, stress, depression, anxiety, sexual trauma or incidents, bereavement, eating disorders and so much more.

We have no cap on the amount of counselling you can access in the year, meaning you have unlimited counselling all year round. We also provide cover for family members living in your household over the age of 16. They just need to fill out the forms like you to activate their cover.

Once the form is submitted to us, we will be in contact within 24 hours. 90% of people referred to RJ8 are seen within 7 days of filling in this form, meaning we have little to no wait on our services.

On top of all of that, we have 24-hour helplines to give you access to legal, medical, financial, family and management advice. Every single day of the year.

We ask you to 'activate your policy' because we need to know who you are and what matters to you.
