Organisational Development Specialist, Leadership and Talent Coach
I’m a Northern gal, born and bred in East Lancashire with a background of over 20 years in learning and organisational development and HR. Specifically, I have worked as a Strategic OD Consultant both employed and freelance in the public, private and voluntary sectors including councils, Sure Start and Children Centres, LEP’s, Housing Associations, Government departments, charities and a wide range of commercial businesses here in the UK and internationally.
I love to work with compassionate, values-led leaders at all organisational levels, supporting creativity and courageous actions. We will explore how you are balancing the pressures of life and work and managing a resilient state. Leadership always starts with ourselves. Our inner balance ultimately affects our performance, so it’s really important that we pause and spend discovery time here. Together we will co-create a space that fosters trust-based vulnerability and insights that grow your potential.
I’m innately curious about what makes people tick and what gets them out of bed every day to serve others despite the challenges and pressures they face.
Coaching is your unique experience; an individualised intervention that offers space for exploration and a timely insight into the things that matter most to you at this point in your career. Understanding your strengths, raising your self-awareness and increasing your ability to self-regulate ultimately builds your confidence and capacity to support your personal growth and step up into the leadership space so that you shine brightly and boldly.

The amount of times I sat in Emma's office, educationally traumatised through years in law school and cried were immense. Emma wasn't just there for me on a professional level, but a personal one too. I can honestly say without her support, I wouldn't have qualified. Trustee of TRIBE
Emma Jane BA Hons, PGCE, QTS.
Emma Jane! A legend, hilariously high pitched force to be reckoned with and in her professional life, a secondary school teacher.
Rebecca founded 'TRIBE' because she was once unable to access services when she felt she had no where else to turn. The TRIBE are the people you go to when every where seems completely hopeless.
Emma IS that person for RJ! Rebecca will be the first person to say she struggles to turn to her family, the shame of being mentally unwell and feeling a complete burden, not wanting to hurt or upset anyone is often the reason people struggle to ask for help. Emma is the person Rebecca has turned to time and time again. (EJ has been through a LOT!)
Emma is the human definition of 'support'. A wonderfully non-judgemental person who is loyal and loving to the core, will always be by your side, but ready to tell you the honest truth if you're in the wrong. A lady with a solution for every problem you face, even when you can't see a way out.
It wouldn't be possible for TRIBE to exist without Emma... because without Emma, we probably wouldn't have an RJ.
'Emma has been my rock for over 20 years. I honestly don't know what I would do without her. She had to be the first trustee of TRIBE, because I want to share my amazing friend with the world. If we all have just one EJ in our lives, we will be truly blessed and lucky. Emma, I love you. Thank you for keeping me sane.'
Trustee of TRIBE
Lee Roe! How proud are RJ8 to have Lee be a trustee of our TRIBE? VERY!
Not only is Lee the 'voice of the valley', he is a powerhouse of a man to work with. The connector of all connections, lovable, a nightmare at times, everyone's best friend and frankly an all round legend of a man.
Outside of helping RJ8 deliver our mental health dream, he is the Station Manager and Director of Multi-Award Winning radio station, Ribble FM. A Community, not-for-profit radio station in the Ribble Valley.
His passion, love and dedication also fall to being the chief pilot at 'Camera In The Sky', drone construction and media production since 2012.
If you're really lucky, tune in to Ribble FM and you may hear our very own RJ co-presenting with Lee, on the odd occasion too!
