Service Description
8 sessions of counselling, per person, per problem, per year. There is no cap on the service, meaning staff can access counselling all year round. 24 hour emergency helplines for mental health, legal, family, financial and medical problems. 1600 BACP Counsellors throughout the UK. 90% of people are seen within 7 days, meaning there is no waiting list for counselling.
