If you have staff struggling in the workplace, Catherine is our dedicated expert in the field of occupational therapy. 'As a Chartered Psychologist and Registered Clinical Psychologist, I am qualified to work with individual employees and groups of staff. I am keen to help people develop resilience when faced with conflicts and uncertainties in their personal or work life. I can provide assessments for individuals or teams, conduct education and training in the workplace and can construct individually-focussed sessions for specific personnel. I am trained in helping managers increase their awareness of how their behaviour affects others in the team and am qualified to provide psychological intervention following traumatic or stressful incidents.
